A proposal for a unique and distinctive experience in an Amplifon store. The proposal explores an in-store tablet that accompanies the user from the very start of the journey and works on an intranet network, communicating easily with other devices

 
 

A cozy start of the new journey

The CA, guided by the Service Book, gives a hospitable introduction to the new user and provides him with a companion to smooth his journey..

 

Interactive Needs Collection

The interactive screen allows the user to fill out the forms in an engaging way while collecting the necessary information digitally on the omnichannel.

 

Reduce the pressure of asking questions

The system enables the HCP to have a different point of view of the user’s issues while allowing the user to better understand the complex information received.

Getting familiar with the devices

If the perfect match of hearing aid is not currently in stock at the store, the user can can visualize and modify it in AR on his journey companion tablet.

 

A New Era a new digital tool

At the app download the full Hearing Assessment data is downloaded allowing the user to view it in real time. At the first login the user is welcomed with a celebration to mark the beginning of their new life.

 

Participate in planning your future

After the HCP visit, the CA goes over the services with the client on her platform and adds  final tweaks to the bundle. The user can follow on his journey companion tablet

 

My supporters know my journey

The HCP can monitor the user’s activities recorded on the app and have an overview of the progress, allowing him to prepare for the next appointment. At the return appointment, the user is greeted by the waiting area screen contextually with their progress.
